 Buyer's Rebate
If you sign a Buyer's Agent Agreement with us we will write you a check for 25% of the buyers agent commission at closing.
Reasons to do this:
(1) There is no cost to you. We are paid by the seller who offers to pay a buyers' agent commission when the house is listed.
(2) Tell us what you are looking for and we will send you the available properties and make arrangements to show you those properties which interest you.
(3) We will write the offer for you and send the offer to the seller's agent.
(4) We will negotiate all counter offers for you at no cost.
(5)We will be with you from contract through closing.
(6) We have access to all of the listings in the area.
(7) Best of all you can make your offer; sign the contract and all of the other legal documents,with out taking off from work or using up your weekends,or evenings. Time is precious and that is why we have implemented our electronic signature program.
